"C.H.O.P" is the 69th episode of the series and the 9th(a) of Season 3 of Robotboy. In this episode, Robotboy gets to meet his idol; C.H.O.P who is a famous helicopter from a TV show. When they spend time together, they find out that C.H.O.P's partner Lance Chestwax is replacing him with a new mechanical companion called S.U.B.

- Cameo: Multiple characters that look like Billy from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy can be seen in the crowd in the first few seconds of the episodes.
- There is a scene in Knockoffs that is reused from this episode but edited. In C.H.O.P, Robotboy in his Super-active form is hit by a missile that was shot by S.U.B, and in Knockoffs, it was a red Roboboy exploding in its Super-active Mode.
