The Kazi-Whale is one of Dr. Kamikazi's vehicles. It is a submarine designed as a whale.
In the submarine there is a big place that is being used as a storage room, a elevator to go to different floors and a office where Kamikazi can control the submarine. It also does have watertight spaces in case of holes and leaks.
The mouth of the whale submarine can be opened to load cargo or set free some clones.

The submarine does only appear in four episodes. Three in season 1 and one in season 2.
In Don't Fight It, the Submarine is destroyed and explodes. But apparently Kamikazi build a new one or repaired it to use it to travel to the North Pole in Christmas Evil. But then it is presumably destroyed again in "Tummy Trouble".
