"The Legend of Brainy Yak" is the 64th episode of the series and the 6th(b) of Season 3 of Robotboy. In this episode, Professor Moshimo tells the story about an old animal friend of him called Brian, a yak from his childhood whom he made him smarter.

  • This is Brainy Yak's (aka Brian) debut episode and shows how his grudge with Moshimo began.
  • Donnie is seen paying Brian for test answers,
  • Donnie also attends the same school as Tommy and his friends. He possibly skips a lot, which is why we don't see him there at all and why he gets home before Tommy as well.
  • It's also revealed that Donnie is in high school, so he's around 14-15 years old.
  • This is the second episode to not have Tommy and Robotboy as main characters the first time was Tummy Trouble.
  • Kurt and Stu make a cameo teasing Brian, calling him "Bubble-Brain".
  • Brian is very close to his mother, Moonglow, as seen when he sadly watches her sleep before he runs away.
  • Moshimo is able to lift heavy objects, seen when he's lifting a barbel before Brian texted him.
  • The website on which Brian places his resume is called "Badspace", a possible reference to Facebook and Myspace.
  • General Yakitori and Felonious Hexx can be seen off to the side next to Brian's profile.
  • This is the first episode Dave the Badger shows up in.
  • Dave might be another genetic experiment of Moshimo's.
  • Robotboy repeats a line he said in "Six-Million Euro Man", where he told Affenkugel, "No hurt Tommy!". Only in this episode he says, "No hurt Moshimo!".
  • This is the first and only time Robotboy deactivates himself with the watch.
  • The line of people for Brian's game booth includes:
